Incredibly rare and collectable dress by Turkish designer Rifat Ozbek from the mid 1980s. 

 

This crew neck shift features multi colored sequins designed to shape lips, a hamsa, an evil eye and a heart along with golden embroidery thread and multi silver star shaped sequins throughout the dress. 

 

An ensemble of this same detail work from the collection was on view at The MET
