CLEAN EATS | Rich Red Dark Cherry and Beet Smoothie

This fall smoothie is perfect as we move into the season. The beets and cherries are both antioxidant rich, good for lowering blood pressure and for easing adrenal fatigue, especially with the added dash of cinnamon. The avocado balances out the natural sugars with good fat and the lemon adds a pop of brightness.

This is so easy to satisfying to make and nourish the body.


  • Organic Raw beets

  • Organic dark cherries

  • Cinnamon

  • Avocado

  • Lemon

  • Cinnamon

  • Honey

NOTE: we always use organic when possible, but choose what feels right and fresh for your version. Variations may also include adding ginger, yogurt and or protein powder for an added boost.

Skin and chop beets to a manageable size for your blender. about 3/4 cup for one serving, Add to the blender with about 3/4 cup frozen or fresh dark red (pitted) cherries, 1/2 a ripe avocado, squeeze of lemon, 1tsp of honey and some cinnnamon.

Your blender may need some water or nut milk added along with some ice to get things blending until smooth.

The result is bright and satisfying... Semi sweet but earthy which is amazing for this time of year.
