This very rare, Spring 1993, Karl Lagerfeld collection runway dress is composed of two pieces, a Bodysuit that attaches to a maxi skirt.
The bodysuit is white woven cotton with a collared neckline, black white buttons and a stretch brief bottom. Buttons on the waistline attach into a solid black paneled skirt to create a full length dress.
