A prepaid return shipping label will be included with your rental. Items should not need to be dry cleaned or washed, but must be in the same condition as received. Rental fee covers any minor wear and tear, however, any significant damage to the items will result in tailoring and/or cleaning fees charged to the card on file. Any items that are damaged beyond repair will result in full authorization of retail price. Please package item(s) in the same garment bag you received them in, box them and secure the shipping label to the exterior. Returns must be dropped off with the shipping carrier noted on your return label by 12 p.m. on or before the return date specified in your order. If your return date lands on a Sunday or holiday, you have until 12pm noon on Monday or following business day to ship your package. This ensures that your package will be scanned by the return carrier by the next day and returned to us on time. We will not cover additional fees incurred due to international shipping.
If you have not returned a rental item within 7 days after the return date and we have not heard from you, your late return will be considered a non-return and APOTR will charge your payment method on file the remaining balance of the retail price. Any previously paid late fees and sales tax will be deducted.

The prepaid label provided to you covers free return shipping through UPS. UPS is our partner for all return shipping and at this time we do not offer options through other carriers.
If you have already received your rental and would like to keep your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can issue an invoice for remaining balance. Please note, a few rental items are part of APOTR’s permanent collection and will not be available for purchase.
Your rental fee includes coverage for minor mishaps and general wear and tear. Significant damage, lost pieces and theft are not covered. In those cases, you will be charged up to the retail price of the item or up to 200% for select items that are not reasonably replaceable. See our Terms of Service for more details.
No need to clean your items on your own - in fact we prefer you not to do so! As our items are vintage not all items can handle traditional dry cleaning. Our team will handle each piece individually to ensure they are properly and safely cleaned to maintain the structural integrity of each item.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Items must be unworn. Please note, there will be a $50 restocking fee associated with any returned items and any evidence of a piece being worn will result in us not issuing a refund of rental fee.
Please be sure to check your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive a damaged, defective or not as described item, please take a photo and get in touch with us right away. The sooner we know there's an issue, the sooner we can help.
